Leslie Waller is currently Vice President of Marketing of the Beverages, Meal & Beverage Growth Channels Business Unit; representing over $1 billion in sales. 

Prior experience at Campbell’s includes Vice President of Marketing of the Chips, Nuts & Popcorn which features numerous snacking brands including Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Pop Secret, and Emerald

As a 20-year veteran in marketing, Leslie has had extensive marketing experience building brands globally and in North America across a variety of sectors including consumer package goods, automotive, and insurance.  

She spent 10 years in leadership roles at Kraft/Mondelēz International building a career in their Global Snacks Division. Prior to leaving Mondelez, she served as Global Head of Trident gum.  In that role, she was the strategic lead for the $2 billion global business represented in 70+ countries and was responsible for the brand strategy, communications and delivering breakthrough innovation.  Her prior roles at Mondelēz International included Asia Pacific Category Marketing Director, North American Confectionary Communications Lead, and a varying brand marketing roles on some of the world’s most iconic brands like Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, Planters, Wheat Thins, and Triscuit. While at Mondelēz she received the President’s Award given to those individuals who demonstrate exemplary, ‘above & beyond’, stand out top-tier performance.  

Prior to working at Mondelēz International, Leslie worked at Ford Motor Company and led Ford and Lincoln Mercury advertising across several states in the mid-south. 

She has also held various leadership roles both internally and externally relating to her dedication to diversity and eradicating food insecurity. She led the Kraft Food African American Council for several years.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporate.  She also previously served on the Board of the non-profit organization Teens for Food Justice based in New York City.  In her spare time, she loves international travel, music, and reading.

She earned her B.S. and M.B.A. degree from Florida A&M University.
