Jie Cheng is the Vice President & Global Head of Digital Commerce at Mondelēz International, leading and transforming the snack giant’s $2Bn (and growing) digital commerce business. In this role, Jie also serves as the central point for C-suite/Presidents advisory and engagement and drive Mondelez’s Digital Commerce Vision throughout the organization.

Jie’s eCommerce journey began in 2004 when she was tasked at Conair with figuring out how to sell hair dryers online. Since then, she has honed her craft at Philips as well as food companies like Danone, Hershey, and Campbell Soup, taking leadership roles in eCommerce, digital marketing, and digital transformation. Originally from China, Jie came to the US in ’98 to pursue her M.B.A. degree from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. She since has been living in both US and Canada.
