Jessica Hendrix is President and CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi X and leads the Retail Practice for Razorfish in partnership with Publicis Commerce. She has nearly 25 years of experience in retail, shopper marketing, and business development, receiving numerous industry awards. Throughout her career she has worked closely with clients simplify complexities across retail and commerce to drive results. In her current role, she is focused on elevating and driving performance across retail experiences for shoppers, brands, and retailers. This is critical in an industry undergoing constant change and disrupters, with expanding channels, distribution models, and evolving technology. Saatchi & Saatchi X partners with clients such as General Mills, Procter & Gamble, Wendy’s, TracFone, Kraft, Samsung, and Spinmaster. As a leader, Jessica champions company culture, authenticity, and employee development as the keys to delivering the best work possible, and Saatchi & Saatchi X has won Best Places to Work in Arkansas three times during her tenure. Jessica lives in Fayetteville with her husband Jody, her children Frankie and Truman, and their dog Clarabelle. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, movie junkie, non-obsessive member of the CrossFit community (yes, they exist), and enjoys entertaining friends and family on land and water.
