Jayme Jansky is an innovative marketer with over 20 years of experience.  Currently, she serves as the Head of US Field Shopper Marketing for Unilever, and has an extensive track record of pioneering shopper-centric solutions and award-winning campaigns. She and her team work to drive category & Unilever brand growth through purpose-led, digitally-enabled commerce; translating brand and retailer objectives into game-changing initiatives.

Prior to Unilever, Jayme worked on the agency side, building strategic national campaigns for partners like Sprint and Clorox. She also spent several years at General Mills where she ascended positions across customer marketing, consumer promotions, sponsorship, and loyalty marketing.

Jayme and her family reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. When she’s not attending one of her son’s many sporting events, she loves to travel, see live music and cheer on her alma mater, the Wisconsin Badgers.
