Heather Collins is EVP, Business Leadership, with 20+ years of experience on both the client and agency side. Throughout her experience, she has driven growth for iconic CPG companies including Unilever, MARS, Sara Lee, Coke, Georgia-Pacific, Hormel, Sargento, and Henkel. She specializes in business strategy, building brand equity, utilization of big data, shopper marketing, UX, and driving digital eco-systems, and retail expertise.

Heather recently joined Arc Worldwide to lead the Unilever bring a Publicis One approach to life across Arc, Epsilon, and Hawkeye. She came back to Publicis after leaving for a couple of years to work at Hearst/iCrossing leading two of the largest accounts, Bridgestone and Sargento, developing a unified Hearst engagement teams and setting business strategy. During her time previously at Publicis, Heather led the Publicis Power of One GP team and Catapult/Epsilon CPG vertical across various offices specifically
focused on the integrated MARS team.

As a client, she held positions of increased responsibility working from ABM to Director of Marketing during her 10 years at Sara Lee Corp on both the Jimmy Dean and Sara Lee brands.

Heather has been published in “Innovating Chicago Style… How Local Innovators are Building the National Economy,” contributed to industry publications such as Shopper Marketing Magazine and has spoken at the Path to Purchase Summit. On both the client and agency side, she has achieved industry recognition including the Chicago Innovation Awards, Reggie Awards and the HUB Prize.

Heather has an BA in Communications from the University of Alabama and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee.
