Frances Dillard is the Vice President of Brand and Product Marketing for Driscoll’s, the fresh berry market leader with more than $5 B in global sales. Frances is responsible for all aspects that drive long-term brand differentiation and category growth overseeing product marketing, omnichannel, corporate communication and thought leadership strategy. As a mission driven strategist, Frances believes purposeful brands can change the world.

With more than 20 years as a high-impact leader, Frances brings a wealth of senior-level experiences in general management, marketing and product innovation in both start-up environments and established high-growth companies. From managing power-house brands including Disney, LeapFrog and Mattel to rolling-up her “tech start-up” sleeves at a gaming start-up; Frances is always at the intersection of storytelling, digital disruption and product innovation. She also has held several media communication positions from ABC’s Good Morning America to various network affiliates across the United States.

Frances is an MBA graduate from Pennsylvania State University and resides in Carmel, CA with her husband.
