Eric Martell is a founder at Pear Commerce. Pear simplifies retail marketing by connecting CPG advertisements directly with retailers. Pear Commerce’s mission is to provide complete transparency from the click of an ad to the purchase of a product. The company has raised over $4 million dollars and works with several Fortune 500 retailers and CPGs.

Prior to Pear Commerce, Eric was Managing Director of gener8tor Minnesota until September 2018. gener8tor is a nationally ranked accelerator, with 76 investments to date.  Eric managed a multimillion dollar fund and invested in ten startups during his two year tenure.

Before gener8tor, Eric co-founded EatStreet, a startup that powers the online ordering for 15,000 restaurants nationwide and feeds millions of hungry people.  Eric was founding COO and assisted in scaling the company to eight figure revenue and $40 million in private investment.  Co-Founders Matt Howard,, Alex Wyler, and Eric Martell were named Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" finalists in 2015.
