Whether it’s creating brand relevancy for billion-dollar, heritage brands, or increasing basket size on Amazon for niche brands, Liz applies an approach that straddles best-in-class business, marketing, and sales strategies.

Liz has 20 years of experience transforming marketing, e-commerce, and sales organizations, building high-performance teams, and developing agile, holistic processes that deliver growth for the business. Her industry experience spans Consumer Packaged Goods supplier side, agency side and Financial Services. Most recently, at the J.M. Smucker Company, she exceeded all top and bottom-line growth goals, over-delivered on consumer engagement and behavioral impact, and beat efficiency and effectiveness targets while transforming the marketing model, end-to-end, for the enterprise. She integrated multiple acquisitions within her tenure, standardizing processes and delivering multi-million-dollar synergies from agency and vendor consolidations. 

Liz was recognized by The Path to Purchase Institute as a Woman of Excellence in the Leadership category. Her teams delivered commerce leadership strategies and activations that drove brand and category growth across billion dollar and emerging brands, strengthening customer relationships, and gaining industry recognition for their efforts via Effie and Kantar. 

Liz received her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University, and an MBA from Kent State University – Graduate School of Management. She is also a certified performance coach. She resides in Ohio with her family; her hobbies include podcasting, teaching spin classes and reading personal development books.
