Channan brings 15+ years of experience in sales, brand marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing and data analytics across various consumer good companies. In her most recent role as Head, Global eCommerce squad, she is responsible for accelerating eCommerce across regions by connecting cross functions for a seamless and superior channel experience. Prior to this, she has led media and digital marketing for J&J India and has also been a Global digital and eCommerce leader for Tata Global Beverages globally. Having worked with big retailers like Amazon, Alibaba, Walmart, Nykaa across markets like US, UK, Canada, India, China and Middle East, Channan brings expertise across customer and digital strategy and capabilities.


Channan loves cooking and spending time with her family. She was awarded the Digital Visionary 2023 award by Consumer Goods Technology, has been felicitated as Top 100 Digital Marketer and Top 100 eCommerce Leader award by World Marketing Congress. She is a DEI leader at work and part of India angel investor network where she mentors start ups on weekends.
