Brian Rudolph is the Co-Founder & CEO of Banza, best known for making pasta out of chickpeas. With hopes of creating a more nutritious version of his favorite food, Brian developed the original Banza pasta recipe in his kitchen. He quickly found that chickpeas are not only versatile in terms of taste, but also great for both human health and the environment. Today, Banza aims to inspire people to eat more chickpeas and other beans by using them to create healthier versions of other comfort foods like pasta, pizza, mac & cheese, and rice. Now available in over 20,000 stores nationwide, Banza is the largest legume and fastest-growing pasta brand in grocery. Brian has been listed on both the Inc and Forbes “30 under 30” lists; he received his BBA from Emory University and is an alumnus of the Venture for America fellowship.
