Allison Kahler is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Los Angeles office.  She started her career as an Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) in summer 2006 in Bain Chicago, where she spent most of her Bain career (aside from a two-month demand transfer in Sydney, Australia) prior to her transfer to the Los Angeles office in January 2023.

Allison is a leader in Bain’s Consumer Products and Performance Improvement practices, with a focus on supply chain reinvention and procurement transformation with leading food and beverage clients.  She also has experience in digital product development, leading Bain’s Digital Operations Reinvention and its Network EDGE product.  In addition to her case work, Allison is involved with Inspirational Leadership and Women @ Bain (WAB).

Allison holds a BSBA from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.  In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, hiking, traveling, cooking, and wine-tasting (she recently completed her WSET Level 2 Award in Wine).
