Alex Baxter is a Managing Director & Partner at BCG, with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce across industry sectors. Alex is a leader on BCG's performance marketing team in North America working on digital accelerations and transformations, and org, tech and capability builds.
Prior to joining BCG, Alex operated as both a CEO and CDO for ad/marketing agencies and media orgs for Private Equity investors, and led marketing and ad sales teams for large media companies including NewsCorp's Dow Jones & Co., Conde Nast and Wenner Media (Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, Men's Journal).
He is an active member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS, BA and Honorary Doctorate from Southern Wesleyan University.
