As the Global VP, Digital Commerce Heather leads the Global Digital Commerce Strategic Center for the Mars Wrigley Confectionery business. She is responsible for accelerating digital commerce capabilities & culture to drive sustainable category growth in a digitized marketplace. Her team sets global strategic direction, builds and deploys critical capabilities across functions and markets, and inspires the organizational mindset shift and operating model needed to meet consumer & shopper needs in the years to come.
Heather’s ten-year career at Mars includes navigating many complex challenges and delivering measurable business impact including new brand launches, new product innovation, new channels, and new business models. Her career spans roles of increasing responsibility in strategy, marketing, sales, and finance in the CPG industry with Mars as well as Campbell Soup & McCormick.
